Premium Vehicles: Request an exception for a vehicle ordered before June 21

If you purchased, rented, leased, or financed a vehicle before the applicable cutoff date mentioned in the email you received but have not yet received it, you may be eligible to request an exception.

To be considered, you’ll need to provide documentation showing that, before the cutoff date: * You committed to buy, rent, lease, or finance the vehicle; and * You signed or entered into the related purchase, rental, lease, financing, or loan agreement.

You can submit an exception request using the form below:

Accepted supporting documents may include:

  • A vehicle purchase agreement or sales contract
  • A vehicle order confirmation from a dealership
  • A rental or lease agreement
  • A financing or loan contract
  • An invoice, receipt, or deposit confirmation
  • Any other dated documentation that demonstrates you committed to the vehicle before the cutoff date

The documentation should clearly show your name, the agreement date, and any available vehicle details.

We’ll review your documentation and determine whether you qualify for an exception. Exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed. We may contact you if additional information is needed. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for a response.
